The Tier 2 Management Board maintains the same core performance-tracking system as the Tier 1 board, including SQDP monthly performance tracking, KPI measurement, and year-to-date performance tracking. The additional Tier 2 sections provide a stronger focus on Gemba walks, PDCA problem solving, and escalated issues, helping leadership respond to problems that require additional investigation, coordination, or support.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
