1. SHIPPING POLICY

 You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Most orders received before 1pm EST usually ships the same day.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.

Items in stock will typically ship out in same day.

A. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are determined by the dimensional weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax if applicable.

B. International Orders

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us at info@5ssupplies.com if you would like to discuss international ordering options and pricing.  Buyer is responsible for tariffs and any other fees.
International customers are responsible for customs charges, taxes and fees, and duties which are due upon delivery of the package or packages.
 
C. Freight Shipping
 
Customers are responsible for freight shipping charges.
 
2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15 of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.

In case following conditions are not met 5S Supplies LLC reserves the right to charge 20% restocking fee or refuse the return.

- the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase

- items and packaging must be received in new condition

- the original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged

- packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.

- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box

- return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt 

Before returning package you need to contact 5S Supplies LLC to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use phone number listed below or e-mail info@5ssupplies.com . Please note that some items are non-stock items and will be required to ship to the manufacturers' address for return or warranty claims. This will be specified when Return Authorization Number is given.

If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. 

Returns will be processed in 1-2 business days upon approving the return.
 
Custom Cut or Custom Printed Orders

On items that require custom cutting we do not allow returns or refunds. With regards to custom printed products, we will send a proof to be approved by Customer prior to printing. Once approved and printed item is not returnable.

 

TWI Kits 
We do not accept returns on TWI Kits.
 
Cancellations 

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
