Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. In some cases for smaller items US Postal Service may be used.

Some large orders are more economical when shipped by freight carrier, we will pass on our shipping discount when it applies. Freight shipping will be calculated in shopping cart at the time of purchase or call for freight quote.

Customers may enter their FedEx or UPS account numbers during the checkout process. When you choose this option, shipping charges will be billed directly to your carrier account according to your negotiated rates. Please note that we do not have visibility into your shipping costs when using your own account number, and we are not responsible for any discrepancies or additional charges that may arise between you and your carrier.

Expedited shipping options are available. Larger items may not make sense for next day option due to excessive cost. 

RUSH ORDERS

We will usually ship all non-custom orders the same day if ordered before 2PM EST. If you need an order rushed,call us and we will work diligently to meet your timing needs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders outside US must be prepaid,including shipping. Customer is responsible for all duties, tariffs, and any fees involved with international shipping. Freight orders shipped to Canada must be scheduled for pickup and freight charges are paid for by customer. Customer must schedule pickup with 5S Shipping Team.
 
BACK ORDERED ITEMS
 
We strive to maintain adequate stock levels on all products. In the event items are not in stock we will contact you to communicate delivery timing. Customers will have option to cancel order or wait until the product is available.
 

RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

INSPECT ALL PACKAGES IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT!

Please read the following information prior to returning any products

Returns
• All returns must have a Return Material Authorization Number ( RMA). This must be obtained by calling customer service at 866-526-3330. Returned items must be received within 15 days with an RMA#. No exceptions.

We recommend returning items via UPS or a way that provides a tracking method. 5S Supplies is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged when returned.

• A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns.
• Returns will not be accepted after 15 days of order receipt.
• No returns will be accepted on used or damaged products.
• No credit will be issued on items returned with missing items. The items will be returned at the expense of the customer.
• All items must be returned unused in original undamaged packaging with label and part number clearly marked.
• A repacking fee of 5% may be charged for items returned with damaged packaging.
• Please note that if you decide to return an item that was shipped to you for free, the ship-to charges will be deducted from your return.
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Custom printed or custom cut foam products are non-returnable. No exceptions.

Damaged items
Please do not return any damage items without first getting authorization. Call customer service team for a RMA number.
• Save all packaging material and the carton in which your shipment arrived. The carrier may want to inspect the items.
• Before unloading the package, carefully inspect the items for any damage.
• Take clear, detailed photos of the damaged products and packaging.
•Contact our customer service team immediately at 866-526-3330.

Claims Process - Our team will:
•Document the damage
•File a claim with the carrier
•Guide you through the resolution process Replacement Options
•Refund: We'll process a full refund after the carrier's claim is completed.
•Replacement: You can pre-pay for replacement items, and we'll ship your order promptly.

We understand shipping mishaps can be frustrating, and we're committed to resolving your issue promptly and professionally. Our customer service team is ready to assist you every step of the way.

Shortage or mistakes
All orders must be checked for shortages or damage and reported to 5S Supplies within 5 days of receipt. Please have invoice of number when calling.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
The shipping and handling charges on refused shipments including returned shipping charges is the responsibility of the customer.

TWI Kits 

We do not accept returns on TWI Kits.
 
Cancellations 

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
