If you prefer to cut the foam yourself, a skinny retractable utility knife or an inexpensive hot knife from Amazon are good options. Some customers have also used laser cutters, but it's essential to consult your laser manufacturer for instructions and ventilation requirements, as the heat may melt the PSA (Peel Stick Adhesive) used to bond foam pieces.

When you purchase the two-piece foam kit without the CNC cutting service, you will receive a set designed to fit one tool box drawer, consisting of a top piece and a bottom piece. The top piece is 1/2" thick and comes in two color options: black or blue. It includes a white Peel Stick Adhesive (PSA), which serves two purposes: it allows for tracing tool shapes for cutting and bonds the top piece to the bottom piece.The bottom piece is 1/4" thick and is available in three color options: red, yellow, and blue. Unlike the top piece, the bottom piece does not have PSA backing. This kit provides a customizable solution for organizing and protecting tools within a drawer, enabling users to create precise cutouts tailored to their specific tools.
